Refunds And Cancelation Policy

For services that are booked through this website www.vrikshfertility.com and paid via the payment link can be considered confirmed. The Payment is non – refundable if the service is not availed due to the following reasons:

• 1. The Patient is not on time for the consultation.
• 2. The patient fails to have a stable internet connection
• 3. The patient fails to have a device that allows video consultation
• 4. The patient fails to access any platform for video consultation such as zoom, gmeet or zoho meetings.
• 5. The patient cancels the appointment less than 1 hour before the appointment time.

For reasons other than the above, your refund shall be credited back to the payment source within T+1 Day.
