What is the Fellowship in Clinical Embryology & Andrology?

A comprehensive, hands-on fellowship for aspiring embryologists at Vriksh Fertility Academy, Bengaluru. Available as a 6-month or 1-year program, it covers the whole ART lab — IVF, ICSI and oocyte handling, embryo culture, vitrification and warming, andrology, and QA/QC and lab management — with 1:1 expert supervision, so you graduate ready to run a fertility lab, not just one procedure.

    The Skills Gap

Why is there such a shortage of trained embryologists?

New ART labs are opening across India faster than skilled embryologists can fill them — and partial, single-skill training leaves graduates unable to run a lab end-to-end.

    Demand outpaces supply

New IVF labs open every month, but few embryologists are trained to staff them.

    Partial training falls short

A workshop in one technique doesn't prepare you to run the whole lab.

    Labs want lab-ready hires

Clinics need embryologists who can handle IVF, andrology and QA from day one.
